Return Policy

Chrome Crazy will refund the entire purchase price (less shipping and handling) on any product returned to Chrome Crazy within 72 hours from the time customer receives item.

Chrome Crazy will refund the entire purchase amount (less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee) for any items returned to Chrome Crazy within 20 days from the time customer receives item.

Chrome Crazy will inspects all items prior to shipping.

All returns are subject to the following rules in order for Chrome Crazy to give credit:

·       You must call to get a return number

·       The product must be in original, unopened packaging

·       A copy of the original sales slip must accompany the product

To order offline, or to request our help, call our toll free number 800-992-9995.Our store hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Tuesday thru Saturday, Central Time zone.  If it’s an online item, have the part number; your credit card and expiration date ready.  Remembering that everything we stock is not on the web site.  Please feel free to ask questions or email us at troy@chromecrazy.net

There will be a $6.00 fee for all COD’s.  Payment for COD’s will be money orders or Certified Check.

Chrome Crazy reserves the right to change prices, up or down, depending upon our purchasing price.  (Sometimes we buy at savings, which we will pass on to the customer.)
